All dealer accounts are managed based on account performance, order stability, payment history, brand support, and long-term cooperation commitment.

Our current dealer system consists of 3 core levels:

• BLUE
• SILVER
• CRYSTAL

1. BLUE Dealer Level

The BLUE level is considered a restricted review status for dealer accounts requiring operational reassessment.

Accounts may be downgraded to BLUE status under situations including, but not limited to:

• 3 consecutive Dead Orders
• Credit breaches or overdue payment issues
• Serious policy violations
• Abnormal account activity or operational risks

BLUE Dealer Permissions

BLUE level accounts will have limited dealer access, including:

• No online ordering system access
• No Back Order privileges
• Limited participation in promotional activities
• Maximum purchase allowance:
  • Up to 2 sets of promotional products only

BLUE Review Period

BLUE accounts may reapply for dealer review after a minimum 30-day assessment period.

Dealer reinstatement approval will depend on account performance, payment history, communication responsiveness, and operational compliance.

2. SILVER Dealer Level

SILVER is the standard default dealer level.

All newly approved dealers begin as SILVER members.

SILVER Dealer Benefits

SILVER dealers receive:

• Access to wholesale pricing across all supported brands
• Eligibility for all SILVER-level promotional activities
• Back Order access
• Full online ordering system access
• Weekly targeted dealer promotions and special offers

SILVER dealers form the foundation of the WheelsAPE.com dealer network.

3. CRYSTAL Dealer Level

CRYSTAL is a premium dealer partnership level designed for long-term strategic dealers who actively support the WheelsAPE.com brand and product ecosystem.

CRYSTAL Qualification Requirements

Dealers may apply for CRYSTAL status after:

• Achieving required purchase targets for 3 consecutive months
• Actively prioritising and promoting WheelsAPE.com brands
• Demonstrating long-term stable cooperation and operational performance

In addition:

• CRYSTAL dealer allocations may be limited by region
• Each region maintains a controlled number of CRYSTAL-level dealers to protect market balance and dealer value

CRYSTAL Dealer Benefits

CRYSTAL dealers receive all SILVER benefits, plus:

• Access to exclusive CRYSTAL-level promotions and campaigns
• Brand promotional material support
• Special CRYSTAL dealer pricing opportunities
• Priority allocation access for Back Orders and limited products
• Priority after-sales and support handling

Dealer System Notice

WheelsAPE.com reserves the right to:

• Review dealer account performance
• Upgrade or downgrade dealer levels
• Adjust dealer permissions
• Suspend or terminate dealer access where necessary

All dealer level decisions are based on operational stability, payment behaviour, cooperation quality, and overall long-term partnership performance.
