WheelsAPE Dealer Classes Policy
In order to strengthen long-term partnerships, enhance dealer loyalty, and create a healthy and sustainable business ecosystem, WHEELSAPE is introducing the 2025 Dealer Program.
This program is designed to reward our dealer network for their commitment and contribution, while ensuring that every partner grows together with WHEELSAPE. By recognising different levels of sales achievement, we aim to provide fair incentives, strengthen trust, and build a foundation for continuous collaboration.

Blue Class
Payment Term: Cash Payment Only /No access to the online system
Entry Requirement: Downgraded from Silver Class
Benefits:
- Standard wholesale pricing
Upgrade Conditions:
- Reaches 6 valid orders in 2 consecutive months
- No more than 3 unjustified cancellations or overdue payments within the period
Downgrade Conditions:
- Inactive for 2 consecutive cycles; account may be closed, re-authorization unavailable for 90 days
Silver Class
Payment Term: COD or Online Credit Card Payment
Entry Requirement: Default starting level for new authorised accounts
Benefits:
- 24/7 Online Wholesale System Access
- Dedicated account support
- Monthly Email & TXT 1-to-1 Special Reminders
- 2-Sets Special Discount Price
Upgrade Conditions:
- May apply for Upper Class if, within 3 consecutive months:
- Monthly purchases exceed Class Required Number^
- Brand name and product images are actively showcased on social media
- No more than 3 unjustified cancellations or overdue payments
Downgrade Conditions:
- No orders for 3 consecutive months; or 3 unjustified cancellations or more than 3 overdue payments within a month
Crystal Class
Payment Term: COD or Online Credit Card Payment
Entry Requirement:Automatically upgraded in the system once account is qualified
Benefits:
- All Blue & Silver Class Benefits
- Bulk-Unbeatable-Special-Price
- Lowest Price Guarantee
- Ship First, Return Later After-Sale Service Support
Upgrade Conditions:
- May apply for Upper Class if, within 3 consecutive months:
- Monthly purchases exceed Class Required Number^
- Brand name and product images are actively showcased on social media
- No more than 3 unjustified cancellations or overdue payments
Downgrade Conditions:
- Monthly purchase amount below Class Required Number^ for 3 consecutive months
- Or 3 unjustified cancellations or more than 3 overdue payments within a month
Gold Class
Payment Term: Ship Now, Pay Later /Weekly account credit up to Class Required Number^
Entry Requirement: Application and approval required
Benefits:
- All Blue, Silver, and Crystal Class Benefits
- Priority stock reservation for Back Orders
- Priority service and “Ship First, Return Later” support
- Free Branded Gifts and display support (delivered with orders)
Upgrade Conditions:
- May apply for Diamond Class if, for 3 consecutive quarters:
- No overdue payments
- No unjustified order cancellations
- Brand prominently displayed in store, website, and social media
- Quarterly purchases exceed Class Required Number^
Downgrade Conditions:
- Monthly purchase amount below Class Required Number^ for 3 consecutive months
- Or 3 unjustified cancellations or more than 3 overdue payments within a month
Diamond Class
Payment Term: Monthly Account /Credit Limited from Class Required Number^
Entry Requirement:
- Application and approval required
- Limited numbers in a region/area
Benefits:
- All Blue, Silver, Crystal, and Gold Class Benefits
- Strategic Partner in the region/area
- Marketing Support
- Direct access to Asian headquarters inventory
- Warehouse and inventory support
- Free Annual Resort Trip for account holder and family (or equivalent gift card)
- Seasonal Gifts
Upgrade Conditions:
- Project Partner
Downgrade Conditions:
- Monthly purchase amount below Class Required Number^ for 3 consecutive months
- Failure to prioritise the brand

1. Policy Effective Date This policy is effective for the year 2025. 2. Currency Standard All amounts are denominated in AUD (Australian Dollars). 3. Sales Settlement Basis All sales figures are calculated based on fully settled transactions only. Pending, delayed, or cancelled transactions are not counted towards qualification. 4. Interpretation Rights WHEELSAPE reserves the sole right of final interpretation of this policy. 5. Policy Updates This document may be updated or adjusted as necessary without prior individual notice. The latest officially published version shall prevail. 6.
