Back Order Policy Update Notice

Due to a significant increase in back orders and a recurring pattern of unfulfilled commitments by some distributors, our inventory has been heavily tied up, limiting supply to other customers ready to make payment. To ensure fairness and improve operational efficiency, WHEELSAPE INDUSTRIES AUSTRALIA will implement the following adjustments to our Back Order policy, effective immediately:


1.Eligibility for Back Orders

Back Orders will only be accepted for products with a confirmed ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). Products without a confirmed ETA will NOT be available for Back Order.

2.Prepayment Requirement

All Back Orders must be fully paid at the time of order placement. Orders without payment will not be confirmed or have inventory allocated.

3.Pricing Policy

The price at the time of order placement will be the fixed price for the Back Order.*

If the product price changes before shipment:

If the final price increases:  the original Back Order price will be honoured.

If the final  price decreases: the price difference will be credited.

4.Pre-shipment Confirmation

We will contact the customer 3–5 business days prior to product arrival to confirm shipping method and arrangement.

5.Non-Cancellation Policy

Once confirmed and paid, Back Orders cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.Customers are advised to carefully evaluate their needs before placing an order.

6.Suspension of Back Order Privileges for High-Risk Accounts

Dealers with a history of any of the following will have their Back Order privileges suspended: 

Delayed payments / Refused shipments/ Frequent order cancellations. 

Privileges may be reinstated upon submission and approval of a credit re-evaluation request.

 

*Note:Back Order customers may apply for a credit back of the price difference within 14 days after the product is delivered. Credit apply only to the base product price and do not include shipping fees or accessory items. Once approved, the price difference will be credited back within 3–5 business days.
