Order Processing Standard
To ensure all orders are handled fairly, efficiently, and consistently, WheelsAPE.com applies the following Order Processing Standards to all authorised dealers.
1. Payment Before Dispatch
All orders must be fully paid and payment confirmed before dispatch, pickup, or warehouse processing can be arranged.
Orders without confirmed payment will not enter the shipping process.
2. Offline Order Payment Terms
All offline orders are required to be paid within the same business week the invoice is issued.
For example:
- Invoices issued on Monday must be paid by Friday of the same week
- Invoices issued on Friday are also required to be paid on the same day
Orders that remain unpaid beyond the required timeframe may be automatically classified by the system as a “Dead Order”.
If an account accumulates more than 3 consecutive Dead Orders, WheelsAPE.com reserves the right to:
- Downgrade dealer privileges
- Suspend partial account services
- Or revoke dealer account access entirely
3. Back Order Policy
Back Orders are only opened when a confirmed ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is available.
Selected Back Order products may be offered with special promotional pricing. However:
- Back Orders must be processed as separate invoices
- Back Orders cannot be combined with regular stock orders or mixed billing
Once confirmed, all Back Orders will proceed according to the allocated ETA schedule.
4. Promotional Product Policy
All promotional pricing, special offers, and limited-time deals apply only to:
- The specified promotional period
- Selected product models
- The allocated promotional quantity
Once promotional stock has sold out, or the promotion period has ended, standard wholesale pricing will automatically apply.
WheelsAPE.com does not accept retrospective discount claims or price adjustments outside the official promotion terms.
5. Website Pricing Notice
Prices displayed on the website represent:
Standard wholesale pricing for 1 set only
For purchases of 2 sets or more, dealers are encouraged to contact their account manager for additional support and volume pricing options.

6. Quotation Policy
WheelsAPE.com only provides official written quotations to approved and verified dealer accounts.
We do not provide formal wholesale quotations to unverified third parties or non-authorised accounts.
