Melbourne Warehouse Operation Standard

Effective from May 2026, all warehouse operations and dispatch management for WheelsAPE.com is  officially operated and managed by PNPL® Warehouse Management.

WheelsAPE.com no longer directly manages daily warehouse operations, dispatch scheduling, pickup handling, or warehouse processing activities.

To maintain stable warehouse operations and provide efficient, consistent service standards, the following warehouse operation policies apply to all Melbourne warehouse dispatch and pickup orders.

1. Warehouse Pickup Schedule

Monday - Friday 

Morning :  10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Afternoon:  1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

All customers are encouraged to arrange pickups within the designated warehouse operating hours.

2. Standard Order Processing Policy

Orders submitted after the warehouse cutoff time may automatically move to the next available processing schedule.

Non-Standard / Same-Day Urgent Orders

• $20 urgent handling fee per order may be charged by PNPL®️ Management.
• Wholesale customer only need to pay for $10 per order, Remaining 50% handling cost partially covered by WheelsAPE.com

3. Warehouse Onsite Payment

Wholesale Customers

• Payment before pickup is strongly recommended.
• Onsite payment orders may require:
  • Additional Invoice and payment verification
  • Minimum 30+ minutes system processing time

4. Warehouse Service Commitment

WheelsAPE.com is committed to maintaining:

• Efficient dispatch handling
• Consistent processing standards
• Fair order management procedures

We kindly ask all customers and dealers to arrange order timing accordingly to help maintain efficient and reliable warehouse service operations.
